Classes are available during the week for groups in day care centres and residential care homes for older people to encourage friendships old and new.
I provide a range of art and craft activities for a half day, or two hour sessions. These are bespoke to the centre or home and designed to be fully inclusive for all participants.
The aim is to provide colourful and creative activities that will aid conversation and interaction between people. It is reported that by taking part in group activities and learning new skills or techniques that it contributes to keeping the mind healthy and active.
